• Fees - $1,000.00/2 nights (includes Friday and Saturday night). Additional weekday nights may be arranged at $350.00/night. Holiday weekends are for a three night minimum billed at $1,500.00.
  • Check in time: 2:00pm on day of arrival; Checkout time: 11:00 am on day of departure.
  • Maximum number of guests-10. No children under the age of 12 and no pets.
  • Clark Gardens is happy to arrange for any additional social event within the gardens (not on Retreat property) for an additional fee including baby showers, luncheons, dinners, and bridal showers.
  • The Retreat is a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is not allowed around pool area, decks or inside facility.
  • A damage security deposit of $500 is added to all lodging packages and will be returned within 10 days of stay if:
    • Contract is upheld
    • No damages are incurred
    • No social function occurs
    • Trash and dirty linens are placed in proper area
    • Check out time honored
    • Guest count does not exceed lodging agreement (Please note: Clark Gardens’ security officer is on site from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. If additional guests are noted at the Retreat the damage security deposit is forfeited by renter.
  • A NONREFUNDABLE down payment of 25% of package price is due at time of booking with executed signed contract.
  • Package balance due in full 45 days prior to stay.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice before the execution of signed contract.
  • The individual(s) signing the lodging contract is responsible for any and all damage that might be incurred to the lodging properties during the effective rental period.
  • The Retreat guests are not allowed in the garden except during normal business hours.  No after hours allowed. If guests are noted in the garden the damage security deposit is forfeited by renter.
  • Additional Fees
    • 6% Hotel Occupancy tax.
    • $100 cleaning fee.
