Policies and Rates

Rental Rates for Overnight Guests

  • Two night minimum stay - $500 per night for weekends & $250 per night for weekdays.
  • Week stay - $1,800.
  • Month stay - $4,500.
  • Corporate or extended stays are available at special rates.
  • Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
  • All holidays booked at full rate of $500/night.
  • A $500 down payment is due at the time of booking and is credited toward rental fees. Half of the rental fees are due six months prior to the event, and remaining fees are due 45 days prior to the rental.
  • Maximum number of guests is 10.
  • Facility not suited for children younger than 10 years of age.
  • Written requests may be made for pets with a $100 refundable deposit.
  • Security deposit is required 45 days beofre check in and refundable after departure inspection.
  • Taxes included in quoted rates.
  • Cleaning fee may be assessed if guests leave home or grounds in an unusually messy and dirty condition.
  • Stays of four or more days may be assessed a cleaning fee for housekeeper to do a general cleanup during the stay.
  • Furniture and decor may not be moved for any reason unless with prior written approval from management.
  • Option to include a social event to be hosted at Clark Gardens. (i.e. Rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids luncheon, or brunch for out-of-town
    guests.)

Additional Fees

These are site fees only and do not include additional chairs or tables.

Management approval required prior to rental of additional amenities.

Social events invloving 15 or more people require management approval and may be subject to additional fees (ie. rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, or family gatherings).

Policies

  1. Check-in between 3 pm to 6 pm.  Early or late arrivals require prior arrangement.
  2. Check-out by 11:00 am.  Late check-outs require prior arrangement.
  3. No more than 2 adults per room.
  4. Pets allowed with prior management approval only.  A $100 refundable security deposit is required at the time of approval.
  5. Small children are discouraged due to open pool, stairwells and furnishings and will be allowed only with prior management approval.
  6. A damage fee will be assessed for applicable damages or breakages.  In the unlikely event damages are incurred, repair or replacement costs will be charged to your account.
  7. A down payment $500 is reuired at the time of signing. Reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card, signed contract and security deposit.
  8. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival will be refunded the down payment . Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the full down payment.
  9. Furniture and decor may not be moved for any reason without prior written approval.
